Direct to Film (DTF) printing is an innovative and versatile printing technology that transfers high-quality images onto a variety of fabrics and materials. This process involves printing designs onto a special film, which is then transferred to the garment using heat and pressure. DTF printing stands out for its ability to produce vibrant, durable prints on a wide range of substrates including polyester rich ones, offering a flexible solution for custom apparel and promotional items.

Step 1: Artwork Design
DTF printing is the most flexible printing method in terms of artwork files needed. We can print from most file formats including.ai,jpg, png or any other common file formats. DTF works best with designs that don’t have gradients or fine detail.

Step 2: Garments
Choose your canvas – whether it's a shirt, a hoodie, or any other apparel item we have many suppliers to find the perfect garments for you. We also have a full showroom stocked with our favorite styles to help choose from.

Step 3: Get A Quote
Once we have all the artwork, garments, sizes, and quantities we will provide a quote and proof with the finalized DTF details for your approval. There are no minimums for DTF.

Step 4: Production
All orders are ready typically 2 weeks after payment is received. However, expedited options are often available to accommodate urgent requests.

Step 5: Your Order Is Ready
Once your order is finished we will notify you via email. All orders can be picked up directly from Micro Print Shop. Not local, no problem! All orders can be arranged to ship directly to you.
